I have a 2001 40 hp. mercury for sale. 2-stroke, longshaft, power trim/tilt, elec. start, tiller handle. I'm the second owner of the motor. I bought the motor in 2003 from a boat dealer. It was on a boat at that time. The motor had very little use when i bought it and since then i've put very few hours on the motor (i'd guess around a total of 100 hours +/-). The motor is in like new condition. The motor is to much power for the boat i have it on thus my reason for selling it. I'm asking $2450 o.b.o.. I can be reached at (360)-739-4608. ttt, one more time, and a little more info. The motor weight is 165 lbs. and comes with a 7 gallon tank.

i'll try this one more time. Maybe with spring in the air people will be a little more interested. If no interest then i'll just hang on to it.
