Just Curious ...is there anything ...Fresh or Salt...worth Flyfishing ,in or around Discovery Bay?

Man, nobody's given you a reply yet? My folks live in Sequim and there's alot of decent flyfishing in the NE corner of the O.P.
A few halfway decent lakes nearby include Gibbs, Tarboo, Leland, Anderson, Sandy Shore, Teal, and others. Take your pick.

Good Searun Cutthroat fishing can be had at many local beaches, but I'd be a "marked man" if I revealed any of these to you.

i dont know much about the area up there. I know guys do fish those lakes that C.C. mentioned above. I think there was a huge algea bloom in Anderson last year that made them shut down the lake if i remember correctly. Almost all the lakes around here require some sort of boat or tube because there is little to no bank access that allows you to cast a fly.
The salt up there should be good, but i have never fished it. i would imagine that the oyster beds and gravel shorline in discovery bay would have some nice cutties. I dont know where to point you up there, but if you explored with a boat i am sure you could find some fish.

anderson is re-opened and i think doing pretty good, for the src's go find a creek mouth and start pitching clousers off it, in the straits the cutties are different than the canal or sound fish, they are harder to find in places other than estuaries
