I run a landscape design build firm, and currently have several positions available, from entry level to experienced.

Starting wage for entry level is 12.00 hr, with overtime available.
After 60 days Health Insurance is also available.
After 1 year 1 week paid vacation also.

Experienced (remember this is design build, not maintenance) workers start at 14-18, depending on experience.

I am the nicest guy you'll ever meet, and my employees worship the ground I walk on......... \:\)

Or.........

i am a prick, and they regularly plot to kill me......... \:\(

Depends who you talk to...............

In any event, if you, or a son, nephew, friend, whatever is looking for full time work in and around the greater Eastside / Seattle are, pm me through this board, and I'll send you the contact info.

Part time would also be a possiblity, say from 2-3 days a week, but it must be a regularly scheduled type thing (same days every week)

Immediate start for the right people, and bonuses for high performance workers.

KK

So, you're gonna pay someone 12+/hr just so you can fish more?

Damn. I should try that!

We are growing fast, and for someone who has zero experience, 12 plus some bennies ain't to ba a deal.

Plus you get to be outside............ \:\)

otherwise known as "bending over and taking it up the tailpipe!!" sorry to hear that man. I am surprised....i know you have your green card...you should at least be around .20 cents an hour by now \:\)

i used to get paid 13$ ( felon wages) and hour to
-throw my back out, severly
- heat exhaustion not once...not twice....3 times
-worked dawn till dusk practically
- no benefits ( glad to see that other people offer it, didnt know us pee-on landscapers got health insurance)
- basically get treated like the lowlee landscaper

but i do miss the labor....i just dont need to labor that hard in anyone elses yard but my own : )

Yes Pat... Pat does indeed love his Park Rangers! Hell, he doesn't care who is around, he'll gladly leave his hat on and salute them with pride!
