if i'm not mistaken, back in the 70's sometime, junior from heehaw and GS had the 1st known ever bass off. junior being the bass player on heehaw was a true bass badarse!!! though he looked like a true country bunkin yokel local catfishen hick. junior just shredded GS on the bass. does anyone remember this? brewer remembers that junior put the whoopin on simmons with his corn mash still looking bass.
