Did you guys happen to sink a brand new boat that day??

I remember leapfroggin' with ya' a few times, you stood out 'cause you had a cool coat

Ugh No. We were in the willie, with CF # and the fish pills swag. The boat that was lost was a glass one. We did pick up their tackle boax with a wallet in it. Dropped it off at Bob K's house.

You guys went buy us while we were playing a little plug caught fish below some little rapid. Then we passed you again, you pulled over to talk to another boat. Then you passed us again while we were letting another fish go. Right after you passed us you hooked another fish. We never saw you again, but at some point you caught the beast. We would have given up all of our fish for a crack at the beast.

Here is one from AK West on the Kanektok, a surface caught Jack. I really like the bugs in this one. And a few of the many steelhead like rainbows from the Naknek.

I had to clean my screen, Now I can see the bugs!

Seeing those rainbows, makes me regret turning down some of the jobs I was offered.

OK, I'll play along.

I don't have any real toad shots because almost every one of my big fish have been caught while fishing solo(which I do most of the time for steel) the downfall is there is no one to man the camera while I tend the fish.

Here's a 16-17 lb from last winter. A special fish because it was the one that broke in my new Sage. A quick shot before he was released.

Another from an early April trip last year. A sunny day spent with an old college buddy and the river all to ourselves(rare!)

nothing particularly special here other than my friend just landed one as he is re-rigging. A mild, overcast day in March, low water(my favorite) and biting fish. Kind of a "solitude" pic.

And last, the finished product.......hatchery summer runs of course. Is there a better appetizer?

Tff, I was at Mission in 95 with Bob K, Don kinsey, Larry Scott, Chris Anderson, Doug Mcgraw, Mike Z, Greg Ronne and Eldon Summers. We cut the ground and built Kingfisher camp that season.

Holy crap Parker, that surely is the fish of dreams. Every time I look at that picture my jaw drops. Way freakin cool.
I can't wait to get up there at the same time as a massive push of fish!
Cheers,
Neal
