After I woke up late and hungover, my roommate, his two girls (5 & 7), and I drove to a popular local German restaurant to be greeted by NO LESS THAN 100 NEO-NAZI SKINHEADS in full gang regalia.

I didn't realize what was going on at first, or I would never have ordered food.

These fascist aholes were wearing as much hate propaganda as they could find, proudly displaying their "colors" from whatever local hate chapter they belonged. They were mostly in their late twenties to mid thirties- not the "kids" I dealt with back in the 80's growing up in Texas when the confederate hammerskins first organized. They were mostly really big dudes with lots of tattoos ...we were WAY out numbered.

When I got home and did some E-searching I discovered that here in Ptown there is an international hate gathering called "Hammerfest" held this month from the 5th- the 7th. The location of their "event" is secret, as they are expecting a violent reaction from Ptown's notorious anti-fascist protestors. The anti-racist organizations are also holding a major protest/rally in SE prtland right now...

...needless to say, this has changed my mood for the day (harshin' my mellow) and I certainly hope they don't show up where I'll be later. I'm not really a violent person, but...


They were eating (and seemed to have rented half the place) at Gustav's off of Sunnyside and 205 in Clackamas. It appeared that they were all staying at the hotel right next door. I am posting this info because I know "they" don't want me too, and there is much chatter on craigslist speculating where their "event" is being held. ...will prob post there too.
