Did the razor clam thing on Monday. My wife and I had the day off and thought it would be nice day for a drive. Took one and a half hours to dig my limit. Clamming was not the best but I got 'er done. I went back to the truck after sunset and placed my clams in the cooler and took off my boots and got ready for the drive home. Which included taking a discrete leak next to my truck.

Gamey pulls up and starts telling me the things I cannot do in his front yard. He asked me how I would like it if he took a leak in my front yard. His demeanor included the "confronting the felon posture" while he was showing me his ass (attitude). Then he went into a tirade how families with little kids were down there having a family experience and how this might affect them. (Insert the child molester picture.)

Granted was not the best idea taking the discrete leak however, I was one of the last vehicles on the beach past dusk. The closest vehicle to me was about a hundred yards away and with no kids.

I was speechless.

I thought about giving a little back when I was reminded of the over-reaction by some of the Grays Harbor gammies that I have read about on this board. I chose not to pass the asshole test and gave the obligatory apology and left.

WDFG has admitted they have an image problem. With tools like this I can only imagine what a hole they have dug for themselves. After this confrontation by one of their finest and their management of our resources I'm ready for a good overhaul of our state's game management system.

Unbelievable!

My point exactly. In my profession I'd be accountable, believe me if I or someone assigned to me treated someone like that. Everyone has their bad days but it is still no excuse for this type of behavior.

No I did'nt catch his name. Why bother. Seems like some people hang on the arrogance when they put the badge on.

The only satisfaction I have is that he has to live with himself.

Think he's visualizing the gamie taking a piss in his front yard and what he'd do about it....pepper his a$$ with buckshot!

You're lucky he didn't have you hauled in for Indecent Exposure and make you register as a Sex Offender for the rest of your life, which has happened to many a drunk behind Taverns...

...To give you an Idea of what he COULDA done to you if he really wanted to ruin your day.

Next time you need to piss, kneel down next to your tire and aim under your rig like the Mexicans do. It makes it look like your tinkering with your car.

Discrete leak? Is that different than, say, pissing down the side of a vehicle with an audiance, a drink in hand and laughing ones ass off? I wouldn't know.

One of the benifits of not being a nice guy is not giving a fuc%. Don't sweat it, Ted.

Our society views the natural act of urinating as something sexual and dirty. Pretty stupid.

The gamie probably assured himself of bad Karma as he ages and has to pee every 15 minutes.

I was talking about the gamie, unless you are the gamie. You know, telling the story like, " I have this buddy who has this friend" kind of deal. In which case I guess I would be talking about you. But I dont think that is the case. I have met two of the three gamies out there and I havent gathered that they would do that. Wonder if the other third guy is who did it?

Any way. That sucks. Maybe you should have told him that one day he too will have the bladder of a fruit bat and he will have to pee in emergency on the back of his truck, or his pants, that would have been funny.

It could have been a fish and wildlife officer from another part of the sate too, not necessarily the county you were in. Alot of times for clam digs they call in guys from allover because of the extra people pressure

I suppose that would be a more realistic situation. I dont think the two guys that are always in the area are like that. The third however, I have heard things.

What area were you in Captain?

Wow I can't believe this thread. I have done that a lot of times, at Ocean Shores. I have seen a Park Ranger do that next to his truck at a trail head one time too.

Maybe he really did live at the beach and you really were in his front yard.

One of my cousins and one of my bud's both got tossed in the joint in Elma for pissing in the alley behind the bar. Both within a week, I think the cop must have been setting a "Sting" operation for the alley pissers. Maybe it was the same guy, I think he likes to try and startle discrete pissers so they will turn around real fast, and he can get a glimpse of it.

Too funny RR. Glad to see some humor in this. Funny part is that he must have been quite a distance away from me as I was done for a couple minutes before the anti-piss squad, RED DOG1, showed up.

Our fish are being netted into extinction and these guys are worried about an old man discretely pissing on the beach. Makes sense does'nt it.

You have to be $hitin' me. They can haul you in for pissing. I am the first to hang it over the side of the boat and think nothing of it. That would be a bummer to get taken away with my unit in my hand.
In my opinion, as long as you are in the woods or not exposing yourself then whatever. We were at an airport and one of my buddies hung it off the parking garage. That was a little much and we almost got taken away for that, but the beach? Tell the guy your sorry you made him realize his short comings and there is medication and pumps if it really bothers him.

Evan Gamies can have a bad day.

I would ask him the same thing I ask cops when I am being respectful and they are being disrespectful.

What's the matter your partner not giving it up for you today.

Being stern is one thing, being disrespectful and arrogant crosses the line.

The Gamey was probably mad because he once mistook a piss hole in the sand as a clam show, and dug it out barehanded. Now he has a thing for sand pissers.

Yeah..apparently you used enough verbal skills to deflect a ticket..i recently went to driver court with a $560 ticket and stated you know your honor....i realize it is a privelige to drive...it was a stupid thing to do...and believe me I won't ever do it again..the ticket was reduced to $225. Had to swallow...but it saved $$$$...regardless ....how many times have you peed in public? ..or the backwoods? ..and not had any problems..? Well me I haven't been caught yet..(which I may next week) But in a sense ...you won..you dodged the ticket..and next time stick it to the man when he aint looking...leave some turds on his doorstep..LOL

That sucks. The things that wind people up. Bunch of years ago I was doing a fly fishing thing at Crane Prairie near Bend. I woke up pretty rough from a Bushmills induced coma at dawn. The camp ground was still asleep and I headed over to one of those hand pump water spigots. I pumped it a few times and when the water started running I put some in my hands and splashed it on my face. The door opens on this travel trailer maybe 50 yards away and this blue haired old lady gets right in my face yelling " what are you doing.. don't you realize that that water you just put on your face.. went right down that drain and out into the lake !! " she was really pissed. This made me really pissed off, so I told her to F'ck off.... Turns out she was the camp ground host. She was giving me the stink eye for the rest of the day. That night her husband comes over and said she was actually mad because she saw someone from our group take a pee behind a tree the night before, and just used the water on the face in the lake thing because thats all she could come up with on 1 seconds notice.

We break that out all the time, never ending joke " don't you realize when you pee up on this mountain it gets into the ground water and works it way into the lake.. dude, thats nasty " \:\)

Dude,
I know how you feel, He must of had Penis envy or something, But you are always going to have one guy who is over the top, I would venture to say that even in my experiences with them down there that they have tried to get better and have had some improvement, you just happend to be the guy who ran into officer small penis and had to take the wrath. My suggestion is get a name and number, but if you have plenty of witnesses always ask the questions and don't be afraid. They work for us !!!!!

SO lets see...you got caught exposing yourself while peeing next to your truck and it irritated a game warded? You didn't get cited, searched or even had your license checked for the clams? You got a "do better" speech and let off with a stern warning, which you think is disrepectful.....and you are pissed.

SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP! You know you arent suppose to do that and you got caught. Give the game wardens a break, if you think you can do the job better go apply! At least they are out there! I am tired of sensitve people! Grow a set of nuts and live with it!

So with no peeing in the outdoors, this means we have to carry a piss container on board my boat all day to store 4 guys piss and then deposit it into a proper receptical at the end of the day as not to incure a ticket from some do gooder gamie? The next time I go with my guide friend I'll ask him not to put the piss over board and keep it intill the end of the day and put it in the proper receptical. I know that will go over like a turd in a punch bowl. no pun intended. I guess we will have to start keeping it in our boot.

I'm suprised that some group hasn't approached the WDF on this very subject.

If it's crowded out on the water, I just have everyone piss into my bilge hatch then fire up the bilge pump. Hose it out really good when I get into the driveway. Hey it's better than having Seawater in there. Problem solved.

Being blessed with a slong that packs a few extra inches, allows me to have both hands free when I piss. This allows me to play my violin and piss at the same time, while leaning against the vehicle. <> This bit of pissing theater is entertaining, and it reminds the gami's, that fisherman are classy, and he should be proud to be their gami. It works everytime.

Warning: those extra layers of clothing, require's an extra thick and long slong for clearance, so that you don't soak your pants and boots.

Spending a few extra buck for a pump, could be an asset to fisherman that come up a little short. It's well worth it, in comparison to the cost of legal expenses, and the risk of carrying the sexual predator sticker on your forehead.

If Outdoor Emporium is watching, maybe we will see them at a tackle store in the near future.

I hope the above is useful in keeping more public pisser's out of jail.
