If you get a chance take a look at the XMG EXC 89 MT. Lighter and faster then the Certified Pro, well worth the extra cash.

Chrome, I looked at that xmg50 with the fiber handle, and it was sweet. I haven't spent any time on the water with one of them their fancy handles yet, have you?

I know a guy with the one you are looking for with the cork handle, I will give him a call tonight. He will probably make you a good deal.

Red, I checked that XMG 89 MT out too & it is one tight stick.... that blank is really stiff & light. I fished the cabon handles one time in Johnnycoho's boat....we were back-bouncing for kings. They are ok, kinda werid if you ask me.........

$120.00 for the rod C/22.

I fished that very rod a couple of months ago and I could swear that the bottom guide on the top half of the rod has been re-wrapped by someone else, not sure though it looked ok, not really noticeable but I'm really picky and look for stuff like that.

He is also looking for a medium to medium heavy action 8'6" to 10' spinning rod for his dad that he would take in trade.

I've got one I'm considering parting with...

The upper half is brand spanking new. The lower half has definitely been used and is a little knicked up and scratched, but no damage to the blank. I'd give it to you for a reasonable price. Shoot me a PM.
