We did the upper drift Saturday 2/16. The river was low and clear. The one landed was a kelt and released. Saw only a few banking it. Two of them said they hiked in the back side (2 mi) at the first big hole and said they saw one hooked and another roll. Some of the boats we talked to said it was slow also. Fly mentioned they turned off the dam. Nice avatar Abu-Loomis. One boat was plugging it. My buddy went 1 for 2 with the one released as it was a kelt. I put up another ofer. Only heard of a nate hen cnrd and a couple of hatchery fish taken. Should have been on it a few days ago.

Did anybody else do any good?
