I talked to a buddy of mine who is a guide up here on the Nooksack, Jason Cross, this morning about Gordy’s accident. I am like you know this could happen to any one of us. I asked him if he would tie up a ½ dozen Classic Spey Flies for donation. Yep, he said.

My next call was to The Fly Fishing Shop in Welches, Oregon (www.flyfishusa.com) where I have ordered gear. I asked them if they would consider donation of a Wheatley box with inserts. Yep, they said.

So consider one Wheatley fly box and one dozen Classic Spey Flies donated for the raffle.

Let me know when the raffle is and I’ll put the word out up here that this is going on.

I sent over an original Xbox (sorry, not a 360) with 4 controllers and around 15 games. This was a special edition Xbox, signed by Bill Gates (for anyone who cares about that kind of stuff), a collectors item that still works.
