Probably thinking of the "Holy Water" on the Rogue.

Last year I was there and Salmon Fly's were popping Memorial Day.
Fish the riffle at the top, and if it's clear you can sight fish for them from the high bank down towards the hatchey on the road side.
I liked the other side better, camp in the riffle up top.

During the salmon fly hatch that place is like a trout pond at times. My ex girlfriend caught her first trout there. It is fun to watch the big bugs get knocked down from the water in the air from the plume and see all the trout in the white water just gorging themselves on salmon flies. There are some absolute mosters in there.
