I haven't made a dinner post in awhile, so here goes.

First, this is Rufus Woods trout, the pale orange type. Oh so yummy. These were cooked with no butter at all on them, and look at all the fatty juice on the top of the fish and the bottom of the pan. My daughter said when she ate dinner tonight, "oh daddy, this salmon is soo good." I said, "it's not salmon, it's the trout from our trip to Mission Ridge. Was it worth going fishing?" She said, " Yes, for the catching and the eating."

A little Johny' seasoning, Basil, and pepper is all that is required to get this juicy trout to bless your taste buds. Moist and tastey (no perversion required for that comment) without any butter.

Add shrimp, breadsticks, rice, and artichokes, and you've got yourself a nice dinner, hmm, yummy.
