Finally, the call just came!! Everything is done and recorded and we can go pick up our keys!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoo-hoo ... the craziness and paperwork is done. Now I get to figure out how to move in peak season and do all my personal touches in the process.

By the way, this is the new "Chez Ball" per Parker.

Todd, the neighbor's deck is more expensive here \:\)

Attention all of Bob's clients - you're not allowed in his boat until you help move at least 3 boxes of stuff, or 2 items that Corey can't move by herself!

Moving problem solved!

I really think Bob and Corey should buy a houseboat to live on. This one is even named appropriately, and the seller has impeccable references!

I agree Aunty, that thing would be great tied up in La Push, and I'll bet Bob could run the Kasilof in it ;\)

^Have no fear Bob, I'm sure your most excellent wife will have it all done for you before you return from a hard day of working. And what's with the 'personal touches'?
Seriously? Personal touches...like half-empty coffee cups by the computer desk?

Congratulations and don't lift anything too heavy!!! <that last line was for you, Corey \:\)

See what happens when you call off a trip? ;\) You go out and spend money instead of earning it...

Sweet place. Personally, I'd keep your woman Bob. I like the front yard, gives ya a clean slate to start with.
