Looks like no Fall Chinook fishing in the NFL again this year! Same for the Cowlitz but you can keep 2 hatchery Chinook on the Kalama.

Only 2 trout over 15" may be kept.

Good news on those! Now if only VCP would clear up a bit. I'm guessing that scents will be on my flies this year.

I have been using shrimp oil on my flies there with some success. I shrimp oil nearly everything..... Call it a fettish.
