I was going to go try off Hazel point tomorrow as opposed to our usual haunts up in Quilcene. I assume there will be plenty of people in that area and to just go about business as usual, but if anyone has any advice on where to try or spots to avoid I would welcome any advice.
Thanks.

Watch your pots in that area, the current runs much harder than up in Daobob, and as I remember there were more shrimp closer to Takutso or whatever point, across from misery pt. Try near the navy pier up on the right side of Daobob, its always been good there for me, set in 270 and have fun.

Well it was ripping pretty hard through there today and lots of people didnt have propper set ups but we managed to git er done and the shrimp seemed to average quite a bit bigger than up in Dabob.
Had a good time and will be doing it again.
