Looking for a top grade line for summer steelhead with good visability. Mostly doing a little float fishing.

Any bright colored braided line, all work quite well, float, and mend well..........

What do YOU think about fishing lines. Or, are you only on here to throw your stupid little jabs evey chance you get? Are you happy he doesn't post here anymore? I'm not...... Instead, I get the pleasure of reading every stupid high school jab the little "rat pack" tosses out there toward people they have some juvenile issue with. May be too broad of brush stroke....

What's wrong with directing a person who wants to know about fishing line, to a person who did an extensive test on that very subject? Me and Vince certainly have our differences, but since his tests are next to useless for the experienced angler, they're perfect for Olash who wants to know what "the best steelhead line" is (not that there is one, it's all personal preference IMO). It's funny that my post, that you are crying about, was more beneficial to the person asking the question than yours is. Ironic. I have a great idea for you, since you seem to get all butt hurt every time I post, why not put me on ignore? I really don't care if you don't like my posts, and feel the need to publicly whine about them every time I make one or I would put you on ignore my self. Your constant off topic posts just to bitch about me are becoming awefully redundant...Later

Not directed at anyone specific, but if the shoe fits, wear it.

I think the smart alec comments with smiley faces are getting old. Anyone who thinks they're right 100% of the time is making an ass out of themselves, even if their ego won't allow them so see it.

It's too bad that a few of the informative and productive posters have been ran off because a few people didn't agree with them and had to ram it home. I would guess that the majority people here enjoyed reading what they had to offer. Maybe you need thick skin as some have claimed, but it doesn't have to be that way.

My guess is that most here don't need the following definitions in their life any more than they already are. I know I don't appreciate it.

antagonize
(transitive) To work against; oppose; especially to incite reaction

in·sti·gate
–verb (used with object), -gat·ed, -gat·ing. 1. to cause by incitement; foment: to instigate a quarrel.
2. to urge, provoke, or incite to some action or course: to instigate the people to revolt

If your are float fishing Id def say power pro... I am curious about p-lines hydrofloat, just becuase I've really fallen in love w/p-line in other situations... For a leader Id go with a high quality flurocarbon...

If your going to float fish in the summer I would use a light weight braid line like power pro and then leave yourself enough roof for a light leader like 6 or 8 lb.

IMO, PP and flourocarbon is a poor combination....no stretch=no fish to the bank. Use something really stretchy for a leader when using PP for a main, especially if going light.

Olash, get yourself some 30# test powerpro in yellow hi Vis, Perfect line for most all float fishing. It has an 8# test diameter and floats so it mends really well.
Cheers, and Make your favorite MILF happy today.
