Now we can agree or disagree on that but it will more than likely be heard by the supreme court. It probably will go that far, not sure, not a lawyer. Just wanted to make sure you understood that the Feds have priority here, and you do, the Feds are in control asked the tribe not to get involved but the tribe did anyway, I guess to protect their interest. _________________________
