Roger that Sol.........
I know all about the Evergreen state...

GAMMIE in this case is a Jackass, he has blown it big time and hopefully the judge will see it the same way.

For any of you who think this is justified, you might just as well get the [censored] off of this board !!!!!

Peace

If the bait is not in the water, are you fishing?

If the bait hits the water and you hand her the pole, are you fishing, or is she?

If there are two fisher people in the boat and one is driving, is the other fishing with two poles?

If we need to get up a defense fund to help you out, let us know. Fight this chicken shiat son of a dung beetle.

This ticket is an indicator of the officer folowing the letter of the law rather than the intent of said law.

I volunteer as an aquatic education instructor at a couple of local schools. The fifth graders tangle lines and have reel malfunctions due to loops in the line. I untangle the line and on occasion cast it back out to make sure the reel is unobstructed. Am I guilty of fishing with twenty something rods at a time?

I'd fight it in court if it's worth your time.

It's not about right or wrong...or even legal or illegal.

It's about income, along with 90% of our states laws, game laws or otherwise.

Seatbelt laws started out as no fine just a gentle reminder law, then it was 89.00 then 99.00 then 119.00 now 129.00...

If anyone believes that these laws are about anything other than a selfsupporting system of overpaid state employees, well then.... wink

Let me get this right. You were on a dock? he wrote you a ticket for the reason you stated? I got one question.

How did he look doing the doggy paddle back to the beach ?!?!?!?!

Fight it and win then send a letter to one of the news papers with his name and get the story out. he will think twice next time. If he still has a job.
