I remember that...but you posted that in relation to someone who had just lost their Dog. But I also remember you helping that same person board their dog at you're house KUDOS for someone that isn't a Dog person!

A dog is a dog no matter what it looks like. There is no breed that is inherently more or less vicious than the rest.

Here is my springer spaniel- Lola. I have to say she is hell on birds and at two years old has put any of the thirteen labs my family and I have owned to shame- as a hunter and a house pet. Folows me anywhere without direction... opens and closes doors... will run a baseball diamond... hasn't chewed anything that wasn't hers yet, not once...steady to flush and at two is ALMOST steady to the gun. She still has her moments there. I have never seen a dog work so hard. She will catapult into blackberrys so hard the she has to fight her way down to the ground and when she comes out her tongue is bleeding, legs etc.
