Great video Keith.
Put me on the list for a shirt, Gilly!

Pretty slow on the water today for Matt and crew. Hit our first fish before the rod was put in the rod holder on the first rod out. Took all of 3.4 seconds to hook up. Thinking this was going to be THE Day.
Blind (yes, as in can't see) Dr. Bob got his 80+ year old ass handed to him by a spunky 8 poundish, quota-killing, kinger! The fish thought it was at least 20 pounds and drew blood as Dr. Bob cut up his finger while fighting the fish. Gilly and I were prepared, and had a plan to disconnect the battery cables to use as a temporary defibulator in case the old man had a heart attack! Fortunately, he survived, but the fish did not. One for us.
Here's a shot of Dr. Bob and his quota-killing kinger!

This shot of Dr. Bob and Gilly cracks me up. Look at the hands of Dr. Bob. By looking at that photo, you'd think this old man couldn't see, or something! I have no clue as to what that left hand is doing.....

Next up was my Old Man who was forced to C&R a nice little kinger nate.
Took a while, but somewhere amongst the million shakers and flounders, we added a small clipped silver to the box.
Kinda slow day catching, but a great day fishing. Got the old men in to some fish, especially a spunky blind 80+ year old doctor. He was a riot.
A very fun day out with Gill fishing! He runs a top-notch operation and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to fish, or learn how to properly fish the Sound.
Any time you need a deckhand Matt, feel free to holler! I had a blast.

Good luck out there tomorrow Neal, Matt, and new-crew! Hope you find a few more willing biters!
