One other thing about that birth certificate. Mine came in 1955 and it has a hand and foot print ON the certificate. It also does not list the hospital or the attending physician, or midwife. Anybody have one without the hand and foot print? I still think its a fraud.

LB, you can get a reprint of your birth certificate on the current forms, which are different than the ones back in the 50's & 60's. I know because I got a reprint of mine, then found my old one. Two completely different formats.

It seems that the lawsuit is real filed by a democrat, Philip Berg, the former Deputy Attorney General of PA, a practicing attorney in Philadelphia. The lawsuit was filed in PA.

From what I understand the judge denied a temporary restraining order until the case can be heard but did not dismiss the case.

There are more issues than the birth certificate but IMO this is nothing more than a waste of time & money & is really reaching or stretching it - in other words bogus.

It's certainly not a new story by any stretch of the imagination, but it doesn't have a 'madrassa' or a 'phony birth certificate' involved. Nor does it have a 'Blow Job' , so I guess it's just not important................

I don't live close to S.F. I'm deep in the thick of it....and wanting to be out of it. If you were to live here and get a taste of Progressive Politics up close and personal, you'd be pulling out your hair because of the inanity of it. Not just S.F. but CA in general. No trans fats to be sold in this state soon. Do you think if trans fats were taxed as heavily as tobacco they would be banned? Tobacco is a known killer; not just for those that use it but the poor innocents that have to be exposed to it. Is that banned? Count the money it brings in and get back to me with your NO answer. The S.F. answer to this conundrum is to ban the sale of tobacco in Drug Stores. Is nicotine a drug? Must be if we get addicted to it. The most logical place to sell it would be a .....Drug Store. Now you have to go to a liquor store to get it,lined up next to the other stuff that will eventually kill you. Or Costco, where they have a what? why a Drug Store of course.
