Except that some dudes who staged a protest last fall will finally be vindicated when the lower river bank fishery opens along with the upper bay on Sept 16.

I'm towing down to fish the CR.
The Canal and South Sound are dead, slow. There are some hatchery fish up here, but they have lockjaw.

But then again there was only one silver offering itself along the park during the protest, last year. Must have seen my face and ran for it's life.
