I'm just fine with who I am Slabbed, and you still haven't gotten the point.
You righties like to move the debate around.
Your lame attempt to conflate 'attacks' with 'defend my point of view' makes you look like you lack the requisite mental furniture to differentiate between the two.
Fact remains, despite the dodging and weaving and changing of the converstaion by you, McCain't had every opportunity to make his accusations to Obama's face, and declined. He had women do it for him.
Care to dispute that ?

Sarah Palin was fully vetted by the press--- yet when the "right" tries to vet Obama it's a no no.

Maybe Mcain't as everyone so fondly refers to him, doesn't want to appear to be anything but a level headed peace maker with the knowledge and experience of war to differentiate when the time and occassion calls for egg throwing. That or his memory doesn't serve him quite well enough to remember what his party or anyone else said that he was supposed to. In any case, isn't that what politicians are supposed to do? Say one thing to everyone and then a completely different thing when the piper starts piping?

McCain is sending out his message at the campaign events....the "reporters" only give us his slams. Palin likewise.

The McCain/Palin ticket is the first in American history in which both candidates were found to have violated ethics standards before a national election. Mavericks!

SO you think the election is going to be rigged again? I am not a statician and have a serious lack of ability to interpret the above graph without having an anuerism.

I don't think you need to be a statistician to read that chart.................. But any questions you have about the methodology can be answered here: http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/2008/03/frequently-asked-questions-last-revised.htmlOr we can look to some Republicans for insight : Rep. Mark Souder, an Indiana Republican, said he was looking at an "Obama tide" in his district and wondering about his own reelection: "Can I withstand a firestorm?" "The impression of McCain on the economy is that he wanted more deregulation than Bush" at a time that voters are demanding more help from the government, he said. "I'm not sure right now that McCain can carry seven states," added Souder, whose home state has not picked a Democrat for president since 1964. "In the end I think McCain will carry Indiana. But if you are fighting for Indiana, you are in trouble." In conservative Naples, Fla. -- a heavily white, Republican area -- retirees and other residents have been hard hit by plummeting property values, rising tax bills and skyrocketing insurance premiums -- and McCain advisors, citing internal campaign polling, concede that the GOP nominee is "underperforming" there Even Gov. Charlie Crist, who helped deliver Florida for McCain during the primary, said he will spend the final weeks before Election Day minding the state's weak economy rather than campaigning for the Arizona senator. ''When I have time to help, I'll try to do that,'' Crist said last week, after he flew around the state with McCain running mate Sarah Palin. Saturday, he skipped a McCain football rally and instead went to Disney World I like to be 'fair and balanced' in my posting, so I felt giving some Republicans some time in the spirit of bipartisanship would be the right thing to do here......................... 59 Senate seats, and a 100 seat majority in the House...............not out of the question.

Well one things for sure, KK. If all goes as you would like, there can be no more excuses for much of anything, right? Actually I look forward to the creative array.

It'll take years to reverse the disasterous policies of the right, literally years. But.......................given the pathetic state of the GOP and it's followers, it may turn out that the time will be there to do so. Policy matters, and as the saying goes, it's time for a change. Face it, people don't like the modern day Republican party, its leaders, or much of anything about it. Wonder Why ?

I dwell in the real world Slabbed, and I've been involved in Politics on one level or another my entire adult life, plus. Politics, the realities of sheparding legislation from concept to law, and working within the system to effect change are foreign concepts to you, I can tell by your posts. Admit it, you have no idea how it works, nor do you have any real life experience doing so. If you ever find yourself intellectually capable of moving beyond a talking point, let me know..................

And I did that intentionally so you would have a chance to remind everyone of his complicity in the fiasco. I also left out the peanut farmer.
I've been up on my roof watching the Blue Angels. After Obama cuts the military budget, which is usually the very first thing that happens after a Dem gets in the WH, those guys will be flying ultra-lights.
