Just to let everyone know now to stock up for next year on roe. Because I think it going to be worse next year if the caviar doesn’t slow down. I see roe to be $9-$11per lb wholesale price. As the market has been wiped out by the Russian and Japanese buyers. The price of fresh quality eggs has gone out of sight this year due to the caviar market. With the price of even Columbia River nasty Indian Gill net eggs going $7-$9 per lb. There is roe this year but the caviar market is making it hard for me to get them because of the high demand. So you can see I have not been buying any of them.

I put up 60 lbs over the last 2 days. Nice Med. Ripe coho eggs. I added them to the 25 lbs of springer eggs allready in the freezer from late June.

the coho eggs were good eggs. I paid $ 7.00 for them. I just hope they catch fish!!! LOL I plan on getting into egg fishing more.

hope they last me untill next year.

Kris
