Just looking at getting on the water a little this weekend and trying to pick where to go. Does anyone have any reports from the Nooksack or Skagit? I have to think there was a good push of fish with the rains earlier in the week.

They've been geting chum & Ho's on the skagit I know as per yesterday. Earlier this week, my uncle got a nice 10# ho in the nutsack. One of the few that slipped by the nets.

Any reports from saturday for the Skagit? Trying to figure out if I should go fishing or go kill another limit of honkers, freaking insane this morning, 500+ geese in one field. Got our 20 (5 guys) and got out of there while the others were still coming in. Thanks for any help!

Skagit slow today, couple chums and a couple small silvers. Saw one other net out. Stay with the geese.

Casually fished higher in the Skagit on Saturday with a friend. We found hundreds of silvers around but they were all lockjawed to the extreme. I had one pull on some eggs under a float but never stuck a jaw. Did see one person fighting and losing a fish but it was snagged anyway.
Naturally, I heard better reports from lower down on the river.
