Zenith Maritime Alevin Registered: 02/22/09 Posts: 17 Loc: Spokane, WA.	Earn your OUPV (6-Pack) or 100 Ton Masters license. This is the license you need to carry passengers for hire (Fishing Guides, Tour Boat Operators, etc). Weekday evening class starting March 30th. Class will run from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
