This is what a FORTY-SIX INCH TIGER MUSKIE looks like:

Todd Reis, VP of the Cascade Musky Association was kind enough to host The Outdoorline's Robbie Tobeck & Tom Nelson on a Tiger Muskie trip on Lake Tapps today. We were the only boat out there and you'll have to tune in on Saturday morning for the rest of the (BIG) fish story!
We will also be featuring an update from Tim Bush at Outdoor Emporium, a Yakima River Report from Jim Gallagher at Yakima River Fly Shop and a San Juan Island bottom fish report from the staff at Holiday Sports.
Local Bass Legend Marc Marcantonio will be weighing in on some Lake Washington Bass tips while Seth Bone- http://www.kingfishercharters.com will fill us in on the outlook for Chinook this summer and the answer to the question: Are they catching lower 48 kings right now in SE AK?
A huge and well-deserved honor for Gary Krein of All Star Charters who was recently voted Seattle’s best charter service by KING TV 5’s “Best Of the Northwest”. Gary will shed some light on the upcoming salmon season and a special seminar ar Bayside Marine on May 28th!
Fresh from the Seahawks Mini-camp last weekend, Patrick Kerney, Seattle Seahawk DE joins us to discuss chasing fish instead of QB’s in the offseason as well as a look into the new 'Hawk coaching staff and recent player additions.
Join us Saturday from 6-8:30 and call in with your questions (866) 979-ESPN for Patrick Kerney and all of our guests.
Thanks and see you Saturday!!!Every Saturday from 6-8:30 on 710 ESPN Seattle!!!

Thanks! We had a ball with that fish! It followed a six inch"Grama" plug right back to the boat and just inhaled it! I temporarily lost the ability to speak watching this shadow approach the plug... Then the plug dissapeared and it was ON!!!
After a brief photo shoot we let it go. They tell me that there are bigger ones in there. This one approached 30 pounds!
I've caught Northern Pike before but that was my first Tiger Muskie...and hopefully not my last!
Thanks again to Todd Reis of the Cascade Muskie Association or as Tobeck and I like to call it: The "Cas Musk Ass"!!!

The tail was split a bit by the coated mesh C & R net.
At 46 inches it was a bit big for the bag!!!
I really dont know much about Tiger Muskie life history but they are supposedly unable to reproduce; a sterile hybrid...unless they go Jurassic Park on you!!
Being sterile does not necessarily mean an individual does not exhibit reproductive behavior. Me and my vasectomy are living proof of that!
Was that too much information?

If that isn't a ball (literally) on a tee I don't know what is!

Hmmm......I notice you said ME and MY vascectomy. Nothing is mentioned of a Mrs or Ms. Seems you and your vescectomy are a solo operation.

Truth be told, I've got a 16 year old son, a 15 year old daughter and a 14 year old vasectomy...
Now that they are driving, there are days when the vasectomy is my favorite...

Dang, I was hoping you wouldn't see that for awhile so that there would be some good replies. But now ya gotta jump in quickly with proof that you don't work solo, and shut down my comment. Although 16 and 15 years ago is a long time .......just saying.....

Sounds like I am the only fully intact man on The Outdoor Line.

Slowleak,
If you had big Tom apporaching you from behind and putting his arms around you, I am sure you would look the other way also. I thought I was about to loose my innocence.
