Looks awesome!

Grilled veggies are the hish. I regularly grill zucchinis, squash, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, red peppers, pineapple, mushrooms, peaches, carrots and basically any other veg or fruit, that can be chunked up, oiled, salted and laid on the grill. I gave up on the skewers though and got a grill wok. It saves a lot of time, but is not as nice a presentation.

I run 2 skewers per setup--- that way everything turns over.

i thought about using some potatoes, was not sure how well it would work, thought it would take longer to cook than the veggies...do you cut em up really small?

Put potatoes on separate skewer, start them earlier.

If you are in a hurry you can par boil potatoes, carrots and corn on the cob. Or do what Dogfish says, start them early.

I use something similar for veggies on the Q.

Stainless steel type pan with a bunch of holes in the bottom. Think the wife picked it up at Target or Fred Myers. Someplace like that.

Works great.

Yeah, thats it!

Veggies straight on the grill.

I have tried various baskets and grates etc. but nothin tasts as good as those grill carcinogens...
