There's beaver marks on your bed Tim. I'm envious of your skills. I struggle with woodworking projects but did repair my cracked front door frame but have a couple of more to fix. Friggin destructive kids. I'll provide the beer if you come over and help.

Nice work Tim! Many a plump rump will be greased and plumbed on that unit!

I tried using what I learned in a Fijian tiki carving class years ago to make one myself, but it totally sucks compared to yours............................................

Looks like you drilled a hole for the center of each mortise, did you drill out most of the waste and then finish with the chisel or was the therapy to use mallet blows the entire time?

Richard: I used a 2" diameter hole saw to start with, mostly for getting a consistent depth. I ended up removing most of the material with a chisel, but it was nice to have a flat bottom to work towards.

Nice work Sol! It was beginning to look real high class until you covered it with camo fabric. Now I'm inclined to think you're planning to use it as a hunting blind.

Tim - good job. I think the camo is a nice touch myself.

Mingo - that bed puts a whole new meaning to the term 'pecker pole'.

Hey, look at it this way, with that camo comforter, they'll never see you comin'. (Not that I want to see that. Please, no, unless you are the reincarnation of Peter North, then still, NO.)

Nice work Sol and when you wake up in the morning with some butterface chick the camo sheets will hide her well.
