1. You smoke the fish I give you and I pay you

2. You smoke the fish I give you and you keep half.

Jensen's charges around $3-4 a lbs depending on brine. Prefer not to use them.
D&G is too far.

I do not smoke salmon nor do I care for it.
I get request from people all over that I would like to send some smoked fish to.

No Chums or Pinks.
I can supply the following-
Atlantic, Sockeye, Coho and Kings.
Black Cod, Ling Cod, Halibut.
Swordfish, Yellowfin Tuna or Mahi.

We are in the seafood business and no we do not buy any Salmon from WA/ Indians.

We get plenty of Sockeye,King and Coho from Alaska along with fish from around the world, so our office has become snobs as to what they will eat.

Divers - let me know if you want any spawned out chinooks. I'm sure I can hook you up with plenty.
