My buddy George has 2 Merc's for sale.

These are 8.8 Mercurys long shaft. 2 strokers and pull start....

1 is late 80's model and runs but not good. Might work good with some work on it or a parts only motor....

1 is early 90's and runs good.

How about $660.00 for the both of them?

Is the pic of them a fairly recent one? Will the newer one troll down good? Would you consider it ready to fish, or does it need some minor TLC before using? Do either come with a gas tank and owners manual? Thanks, Bill

He says it trolls good and it is what uses but had to get a 4 stroke big motor and he bought a 4 stroke kicker also and has a built in gas tank so he didn't want to carry a remote tank.

He wouldn't want sell it if he wasn't getting a 4 stroke main motor.

No tank, but will knock off the price to buy one. I would imagine that a 6 gallon plastic is around 20 bucks....

No manual. Ready to fish.
