I don't know how old but they are in working order and I put the wire on they last Feb. when I got them. They are 1060's And yes they come with the stock bases. I am into them $225.oo

how much cable do they hold? do the counters work? do they have rod holders built in? thanks

No they do not have the rod holders as far as how much they will hold. I am not sure at least 1200 ft.. they look like the ones that sky had for sale but newer insted of the little metal rod that was on the old ones these have the 1in. alum. booms 30in. longjust like the ones in the stores now. and yes the counter work.
