If you don't think that wild steelhead should be legal to harvest, even in stable stocks where limited harvest is now happening, then you should not be keeping wild salmon.

The last salmon I ate was pickled in a jar in March. You didn't answer my question. I said I'd eat a springer,finclipped of course. I rarely keep fish. Maybe a striper off the beach once in a while. So back to my question. Above or below the Illinois?
