I put up about 3 cords over the last few days from a tree of similar size. I'm done with wood for a while. Moving fresh Fir rounds onto a splitter that are 18-24" thick and 48" in diameter ain't a walk in the park

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.......

Makes me miss my stolen chain saw.

I wasn't lifting these onto a splitter, I was rolling and flipping them into place as well. Maybe you should look at the dimensions I'm talking about, then go try to move around a round that size, then report back.

First of all Big Stick never cut down any little trees...

Secondly, he doesn't use a splitter or even an axe... he breaks it apart with his bare hands...
