We are looking for a friendly, hard working, reliable person to fish with us during the 2004 season.
Must enjoy fishing and being on the water.
We will be aboard the C/V Malia Kai out of Neah Bay fishing from the start of the U.S. Halibut season, to the end of August. This 37' vessel is a six person charter, equipped with top of the line fishing and navigational equipment, including electric downriggers (though we give our customers the option to mooch with bait).
If interested in details, leave a post or contact me through the board.

J.D.

$165. May 11 is the US opener, but will fish before on the Canadian side (out of Neah Bay) before, during, and after then. The Canadian season is open the entire time we're there, and is open 7 days a week. The US side is closed Sunday and Monday. Expecting the May quota to last about 17-21 days. Won't know how many days of US halibut fishing we'll have in June until the May season/quota is obtained. It depends on how much us sporties harvest in May.
Limit is 2 in Canada and 1 in WA, per day. (Though the average size of fish on the US side is quite larger.
Spots are filling pretty fast.

Is the Position filled yet cause if its not, I'm very very interested in the job. My home is in Sequim, but I could relocate to Sekiu or something close if necessary. I'm the seaworthiest 20 yr. old on the peninsula and fishing is my life, so if not filled yet, give me a call at 360-681-6077 and ask for chris and we can discuss this.

Hi there Jaydee, give me a call. I live in Port Angeles, and travel to Neah Bay quite often. I have many qualifications you may want. Don't want to post too much personal stuff here.
