It is a bolt action that is as smooth as silk. I love it anyways.
It holds 4 in the clip and 1 in the chamber

What kind of scope?

it is a Simmons Pro 50. its is a 2.5x10.
I believe it retails for around $200.oo
and is two years old.

the only times that this gun has been used is for a week in october for deer and a day at the range sighting it in.

definately a great round.. marine snipers use browning .308 and 50 cals. or at least used to.
