This is how I'm doing it these days, best way I have found so far. Thought I'd share in case any of you are looking for a better way...and also to see if any of you have a better way. This is a FinSport 6x6 with 2 extra bag inserts. I can hold 50 preties with two to three worms per bag, and have 3 bags for all my worm jigs. I like it this set up so far...it keeps all my gear dry and clean, and rust free for at least a year. Some of my rigs from last spring will soon be fished because they look as good as the day I tied them. I can clip it to my belt for wading as well, and it even has a pouch for worms that make it to retirement...

I like that better than carrying foam around. I'm trying to find a pips leader box alternative. I hate those things, the cork gets hammered.

Only thing I've found with using plastic leader storage, some worm brands will melt the [censored] out of other plastic. I believe its the Kramer worms. I left a kramer worm jig in my jig box and it melt the case, the foam, and the other mad river worm jig i had. Also, as stupid as it may be.... I left a kramer worm on the dash of my car, yep..... melt the dash. They leave a deep imprint and literally melt things away. Not sure what they put in those things but look out.

Once again Ryley... individual worm bags, three to five rigged per bag with drift bobbers on, put as many as 20 bags inside gallon Ziplock. Way less hassle and space taken up in backpack/vest/boat.

I keep a foam roll of pre ties either in the back of my vest which I can reach without taking my vest off, or tucked into the top of my waders. Personally not a fan of the leader wallets. +1 I've ditched the vest all together and have gone to a front/back type pack from Fishpond. Way more comfortable and holds more crap than a vest. Not a big deal to pack around a leader roller or two. Easy access and ease of use is more important to me than the amount of crap I take with me. If I'm in a boat, than the rollers are the only way to go.

I use 6x9 lure bags, three to a bag, fully rigged and ready. 'Bout twenty of those bags fit in a gallon bag, easily...60 worms in the space of one half of one roller.
Done.
Fish on...

Seems to always want to shift from front to back. Have been looking into the Fishpond pack. Is this the one you have? http://fishpondusa.com/shootingstar.cfm

I've used the Foam and didn't like them because the worms would get dirty, and with exposure to water midway through the season my pinched barbs had chunks of rust on them. Also with a Finsport, in a small space I can hold up to about 60 worms if I fill each bag with preties only. That consumes way less space than foam rolls. & Gallon Bags are ghetto! Just sayin..

SW, that's the one I have, and I love it. Haven't worn a vest in four years, not likely to ever wear one again.

Sierra Trading Post has the Finsport Fly Wallets on sale right now. Same concept as the leader wallets, just a different shape. http://www.sierratradingpost.com/search/...t&N=9404302

SZ- I went to glass beads for that very reason. Don't have any problems with long time storage now.
