In and of itself this means nothing. All those records could be for contested traffic tickets and nothing more. The shear number is a little alarming but without knowing what they are for it doesn't mean much. It could be he gets busted for illegal fireworks every year, which isn't much to sneeze at.

This proves he is a defendant in some unknown case, this doesn't prove he was convicted of anything - could be a traffic ticket for all we know.

Like I said before, he may be guilty but that doesn't change the fact that we need concrete proof before going off on the guy.
