If this boat is mechanically sound and floats, somebody needs to jump on this deal ASAP!

I was just at the boat show and there was a 18' Campion with a a similar hull and fishing platform on sale for $23,995! Granted that was a new boat, but it did help put in perspective how nice it would be to find a good used one that has been well taken care of that's being sold for a reasonable price.
