Go with the floating blades instead of the razors...

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

I'll see your +1 and raise you another +1. Floating blades hands down. Ran razors, liked my floaters better. They seemed to tire me out less and were less likely to wedge.

I have an extra set of counterbalanced Cataracts that I might be looking to sell if interested? Hardly used.

I have a question for you guys in the know when talking 9' oars do you mean shaft length or overall length? Reason I ask is I have a pair of black 7' shafted cataract oars that with blades and handles come in at 9'3" overall and was wondering if these are drift boat worthy? Or do you use ~11' oars. Thanks for any help C

Go with the floating blades instead of the razors... + several more. Not sure why anyone would use razors or magnums after rowing down a rocky drop with the floaters. Fish on... Todd

FYI, if you get nine foot oars and floating blades they balance perfectly on a 16' Willie guide model. Funny...I did that very thing at Sportco yesterday. One of my original Sawyer Lites finally took a dump.
