Is the pot legal to use as a rec pot?

if so i would like to take a look

If it is of recent vintage, and in decent shape, the proper owner could probably be found, and might even offer a reward.

There should be a number somewhere on it I think, but if it's old and way rusted up, they probably don't want it back too bad.

Oregonian, and what if by chance the seller is the original, proper owner of the pot (I have a couple I bought and use) are you going to give him a reward
