I believe the speaker phone is the issue. Like any new thing there are bugs in the system to work out.

I'm staying with my boulder for the time being.
Funny, the other day at outdoor camp one of the parents braged about thier' fifth grader having the same phone. I said I killed two phones, dropped in near boat ramps. My orange boulder might not be a perfect fit due to lesser Verizon coverage.
The weather resistant phone feature is what keeps me with this service provider.

Hans, a waterproof phone is no good if its simply going to sink to the bottom of the river or the bay.

I tether my phone to a foot long foam roll "floatie", and it has saved my a$$ twice.

I used to just hang it on the rod holder atop my main motor, but more recently I slip the phone inside my Grunden bibs and let the floatie hang on the outside. When the phone rings, I just grab the floatie and the phone slide out with struggling with zippered pockets when hands are cold and wet.

Phone in hand. Quick service!

Test drove my first call to Achewter. So far so good. Speakerphone is A-OK by me... and I'm already going deaf from running a tiller.

Full keyboard for texting with my girls (its the only way they "talk" these days) much much easier.

Me gusta! Me gusta!
