I'm just a liberal who thinks this country began going downhill when we stopped hanging horse thieves. It may seem like a shame that someone could be killed for assault. But if a person knew they were likely to be shot and killed for assaulting someone, one of two good things would happen. They would decide against assaulting others, or they wouldn't, and the world would be a better place without them.

Aunty, How are these people? Do they think about it? How long did it take to get over it?

We used to fight them every summer on the beach when they were all drunked up. They used to sneak down the coast and steal motors off our boats and damage whities car if you left it unattended on the rez. My father and grandfather knew everyone of them and still had problems! Drunk idiot Indians raise Drunk Idiot Indians, the cycle goes on.

Too bad they got the best piece of property on the peninsula. Now they get to control access to the Salt Chuck and rape our salmon and steelhead runs. all we can do is hope for a Tsunami. Sorry about your bad experience, hopefully the fishing was good...
