sorry about not having any walk in footage or snag issues. just the meat of the day, a caught steelhead.

sorry i was trying to modify where the vid was coming from. seems to be working now.

of all years of steelhead fishing watching steelhead jump falls was a true rarity. steelhead would jump into this lowflow falls. as hard as i tried catch the jumping they would not perform for my camera. how ever if you pay very close attention 3 have jumped into the tight pocket. it was obviously a very tight fit. the seen was quite amusing to watch. looked like todd,skyguy and addicted sharing a sleeping bag. lets leave it at that... if you have difficulty making out the action put your polariods on. it works really.

Right at 1:08, you can see one try to jump out of that small pocket. I hope the dude with the rod wasn't fishing for those fish in the little pocket. Seems like one of those times to put the rod down and just enjoy the show.

yea the guy who is in the 1st vid was doing that to annoy me. he new i was video recoeding the 3 steelhead. sometimes fishing buddys can be real tools.

i have a few other videos too. not sure wether they'd be worthy. anatoily has set up such a standard, not sure wether thier exceptable.

whats so amasing is how many times they made the attempt to jump. just pound the shallow flow falls. jump and slap! to finally see 3 make the jump and actually make it was awesome to watch.
