It needs a generator to charge itself off the wheels turning once you get the damn thing moving...not exactly a perpetual motion machine, to be sure, but it would help a bit, I bet.

All it needs is a windshield, tow package...and a big dude with an IQ of about 40 to jack around on all those power shifters while I sit in the back on the way to the river.
