You'll have to do it fairly soon, because all proposals must be submitted by July 13th. This is our chance to submit proposals on anything from the seasons on a specific lake to the minimum size limit for any specific species. You can turn in as many proposals as you like. If enough people submit the same proposal, it will get serious consideration.

Me, I'm going to propose that the state allow two rods to be used at once per angler. Five trout is five trout (or salmon, or bass, or whatever) whether you're fishing with one rod or a dozen. And those fish that don't have limits are generally considered either very prolific or pests. If anyone wants to turn in proposals to back me up, it'd be welcome smile
