Wicked looking G-20.

Love the 10mm, have some Double Tap ammo sending a 200 grain hardcast gas checked solid @ 1300 fps from a 4.6" bbl. That's getting into .41 magnum territory & makes my .357 look underfed.

Looks like EAR has a new complaint department manager.... grin

That is one badass paper puncher!
I like the power of the 10mm but dont like the price of ammo for plinking, just a tad more $$ that .45.

Maybe plinking isnt the right term. Plinking brings up images of going out in the back 40 with a .22 and a bunch of beer cans.
I more or less meant going to a range and getting acquatined with the gun, practicing with it, and becoming proficient with it.

I don't shoot a ton but like to go every couple months at a minimum to practice. I'd go more, but the rise in ammo costs the last 6-8 years makes it cost-prohibitive.

Wow! Great gun for a great price. I've got a brother to this gun (2nd Gen. 21) and both are sweet little hand cannons. $425 for 3rg gen in that kind of shape is a score, without a doubt.

On a side note, the Uncle Mike's guide chest holster is a great way to carry that size gun in the field if that's part of your plans. Easy access without the encumbrance of a hip holster, works great with waders too.

No doubt about the punch of the 10mm....just don't shoot lead thru a Glock with the Hexagonal rifleing.

Good find Stam...and a hell of a fair price to boot.

Yup, and it's been proven. Jacketed rounds are a requisite with these guns. BTW, it's OCTAGONAL rifling on the larger caliber Glocks.

Fill me in, I'm all ears............... news

I was thinking about picking this piece up myself & the 1st rounds down the pipe would have been those Double tap's.

"Can I shoot lead bullets in my Glock?

Glock barrels use special polygonal rifling not found in most handguns. This rifling is one of the main reasons Glocks are extremely accurate guns. However, the same rifling can cause a high degree of leading when not using jacketed bullets. In other words some lead from the bullet sticks to the inside of the barrel when it is fired. Too much leading can quickly lead to high pressures which can cause the barrel and/or gun to break or even explode. If you choose to shoot lead in your Glock please get an after market barrel."

For chest holsters, check out the "guide's choice holster" made by Diamond D's leather out of Chugiak, AK. Best chest holster I have come across by far and they are developing a very loyal following. If they don't have one for your model, they'll make one, same price.

It is easy to set them up so they ride right under the top of your waders and well out of the way of fishing activities. You won't know it's there until you need it.

I have over 300 field days on mine and it is still going strong.

I know somebody with a progressive Dillon reloader and .40/10MM dies, if you ever decide that you wanted some cheaper reloads. You can do them yourself for about 30% of the cost of new. Save your brass.
