I am thinking about taking a trip up to Nimpo Lake this summer. Anything that I should know? Anyone know any better lakes that you could camp at or rent a cabin?

There's lots better places to fish than the drive out to Nimpo. Shoot... I'm in Kirkand and it's about 586 boring miles for me.

Now I think everyone should make the drive out to Nimpo or Anahim or Bella Coola just to have something to talk about.

I've fished out there on two week long trips. If you want to contact me offline we can talk lakes and camping spots. Let me know how big your party is for going up and if you want to tent, or have cabins.. or both. Also, need to know what you're taking up in the line of boats. Remember boats can be rented at resorts.

Also what kind of vehicle are you going up in? One spot I might recommend needs a 4x4 with lots of ply in the tires.
