Wireless system for Xbox

I haven't finished wiring the CAT6 cable in the house just yet to allow for a direct connection to our computer downstairs to the Xbox upstairs, so in the interim, I want to be able to have the ability to play Xbox Live via a wireless modem. Saw the Microsoft version, and then one sold under the "N" brand. Is there a decent wireless modem out there?
Thanks

Andy, as the resident video game geek, I figure they'll revoke my membership card if I don't chip in... Let me ask some questions:
* This is for an XBOX 360, right? * You have a wireless network in your house already, right?
Assuming both are yes, you are looking at $60-$90 for the adapters -- they're readily available online... Microsoft makes one, as does Mad Catz... FWIW, I think these prices are highway robbery for a WiFi adapter.
But in truth, I'd run the wire man... Even if you have to do an overland wire temporarily before you can in-wall it. I think you'll have better results, lower latency, less problems if you go wired. Plus you'll save money.
If you need help/tools/etc for making Ethernet cables, I've got everything you need. I'd presume you are dialed here, but ask if not.

Thanks Agree with Irishrogue on the wire if you're into online gaming. We're changing ISP's and will need a new wireless router, so I've been shopping. I like to tinker under the hood so I want to be able to flash this new router with a 3rd party firmware called DD-WRT. Supported router list: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_DevicesI also would like wireless N compliance and printer support would be cool. Thinking about this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320038It's got a fast Broadcom chip and the folks that flashed it with DD-WRT seem to like it.

I now have this router (ASUS RT-N16) up and running. Flashed it with the latest Asus firmware and it's been great so far. Need to log some time on it to be sure.
The best deal was at Buy.com for about $90 shipped. There is also a wirelessG model, ASUS WL-500GP V2, which has a good track record and is on rebate until 6/30 for about $45 AR
Both models can be flashed with DD-WRT or Tomato for added functionality. I do like the latest Asus firmware, however.

I put this on the back burner for a while. Spent a few hours going through all of my connections in the CAT5e I had installed in the house, added another router in our media box, and the boys are playing Xbox live, hardlined!
It wasn't like anything was going on today. It was only the Hawks playing in a playoff game.

Sounds like someone had a Merry Christmas, can't just take the Welder and tack everything together I guess.

They've had the X-box for a year. I figure MIG welding and electronics aren't a good mix.
