We have experienced a different twist this year, usually we go out night fishing for trout and catch a few before dawn, but this year if we go out at midnight we are usually limited by 4:00 am. I went out at 8:00pm last night and was limited out by 10:00 pm, and they were all hold overs averaging 18". During the day it seems that we are catching the smaller planters mostly. Which makes me wonder if the bigger fish are feeding at night. Just thought I would pass it on.

try using worms and a marshmellow instead of powerbait. The really big fish like it better.
